Pay Range: $60,000 – $80,000
We are currently hiring for a Human Resources Manager who will collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources to implement the agency’s overall recruitment and training strategy, enhancing productivity and work morale. Key duties include:
Spearheading the recruitment process.
• Assisting with the review and update of ADA, FMLA policies, and the agency’s policies and procedures manual.
• Focusing on staff development and working with our Paycor system.
• Advising and counseling staff, overseeing the implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
• Participating in various advisory boards, task forces, councils, and committees as needed.
• Supervising and working with the HR Specialist on onboarding and posting positions on relevant platforms.
• Coordinating and conducting training or onboarding sessions as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, or a related field, SHRM-CP certification preferred. A minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in HR and 2- 3 years of supervisory experience will be considered in place of the degree. Must have excellent written and verbal communication, strong conflict management, and the ability to pass an FBI/BCI/MVR check.
