Toledo Municipal Court – Judges’ Division

Performs a variety of clerical, reception, and administrative/office duties to include data entry, scheduling, and transferring files.  This is a high volume and fast-paced work environment.  The successful candidate must have strong communication skills and enthusiasm for public service. Graduation from high school/GED certificate required.  Two (2) years secretarial experience required.  Completion of one year (30 semester hours) of an accredited business college or secretarial school may be substituted for one year of required experience.  Extensive knowledge of office procedures and computer competency required.  Ability to type 35 WPM required.  Good knowledge of court system preferred, but not required.  Potential candidates must pass a background check.   Starting salary $36,786.88.
