Toledo, OH: \u00a0The Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez Memorial Gallery <\/em>is honored to host a D\u00eda de los Muertos <\/em>celebration from October 22 through November 22, 2024, showcasing a grand cultural tradition that commemorates the lives of loved ones who have passed. This month-long event will feature elaborate ofrendas (altars), art installations, and educational tours to help visitors immerse themselves in the rich heritage of this beautiful Mexican tradition.<\/p>\n

We invite the community to visit the gallery during this special celebration and participate in tours, which will be offered throughout the month. To explore the gallery and tour information, please visit sqacc.org for details.<\/p>\n

If you’d like to create your ofrenda for the exhibition, we encourage you to register on our website before October 11, 2024, when we will begin planning for your grand contribution to the display.<\/p>\n
