This $100 million project involves a complete transformation of the Scott Park (formally the University of Toledo\u2019s) campus. As of today, a much-needed new roof has been installed, and masonry work is occurring. Other phases of the project include, during the first phase, space for a Brady (of Tom &amp; Betsy Brady) Educator Academy that will also have classrooms, a Business Academy, and a Construction and Architectural Design Academy that will have an outdoor construction lab and is scheduled for August of 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Small and minority-owned businesses are being asked to submit their bids for work at Scott Park. If interested, you should know that one of the requirements is a mandatory internship for students interested in construction, finance, renovations, and repairs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toledo Public Schools serves more than 20,000 students in Toledo, Ohio. Este proyecto de $100 millones implica una transformaci\u00f3n completa del campus de Scott Park (anteriormente de la Universidad de Toledo). Hasta hoy, se ha instalado un nuevo techo, muy necesario, y se est\u00e1n realizando trabajos de alba\u00f1iler\u00eda. Otras fases del proyecto incluyen, durante la primera fase, un espacio para una Academia de Educadores llamada Brady (de Tom y Betsy Brady), que tambi\u00e9n va tener aulas, una Academia de Negocios, y una Academia de Construcci\u00f3n y Dise\u00f1o Arquitect\u00f3nico, que contar\u00e1 con un laboratorio de construcci\u00f3n al afuera, y est\u00e1 programada para agosto de 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Se solicita a las peque\u00f1as empresas y a las empresas de minor\u00edas que presenten sus ofertas para las obras en Scott Park.
