It&#8217;s fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavors that are as easy to prepare as they are delicious!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 to 1.5 lbs shrimp, cleaned and deveined<\/li>\n<li>2 cucumbers, diced<\/li>\n<li>5 to 10 limes, juiced (adjust to your taste)<\/li>\n<li>3 Roma tomatoes, diced<\/li>\n<li>2 jalape\u00f1os, finely chopped (adjust based on your heat preference)<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, use Serrano peppers for an extra kick<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 red onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>Fresh cilantro, chopped<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper, to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare the Shrimp: Chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces and arrange them in a shallow dish, ensuring they are spread out evenly.<\/li>\n<li>Marinate in Lime Juice: Squeeze the juice of 5 to 10 limes over the shrimp, you want to make sure the lime covers the shrimp . Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes, allowing the shrimp to &#8220;cook&#8221; in the citrus.
