La Prensa congratulates and recognizes Yesenia You, a rising star player on the Perrysburg High School girls\u2019 softball team. Yesenia just completed her junior year at Perrysburg High School. As a sophomore, Yesenia set a new Perrysburg High School single-season batting record with a batting average of .547. This season, she finished with a .538 batting average. The second highest in the Northern Lakes League (NLL), with a league high of 37 stolen bases. She was named the 1st<\/sup> team all-NLL this season. Her team, the Perrysburg Yellow Jackets, finished this season undefeated in the NLL, winning league, sectional, and district honors, but fell short in the Regional Championship. Yesenia also excels academically with a 3.8 GPA. She is currently in the college recruiting process, looking for a good fit for her university softball career.<\/p>\n

La Prensa felicita y reconoce a Yesenia You, una jugadora estrella en el equipo de softbol femenino de Perrysburg High School. Yesenia acaba de completar su pen\u00faltimo a\u00f1o en Perrysburg High School. Como estudiante de segundo a\u00f1o, Yesenia estableci\u00f3 un nuevo r\u00e9cord de bateo de Perrysburg High School en una sola temporada con un promedio de bateo de .547. Esta temporada termin\u00f3 con un promedio de bateo de .538. El segundo m\u00e1s alto en la Liga de los Lagos del Norte (NLL), con un r\u00e9cord de liga de 37 bases robadas. Fue nombrada el primer equipo de la NLL esta temporada.
