On Saturday, June 28, 2025, Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity hosted its annual Old South End Rock the Block, which was sponsored by John Henry Eldred Jr. Foundation and in partnership with Midwest Tape and the Historic South Initiative. Everyone met up at Golden Rule Park on 515 Crittenden Ave. in Toledo, Ohio, and worked on homes throughout the 500 blocks of Knower, South, and Colburn between Pleasant and Maumee Ave. Here are a couple of photos of the event.<\/p>\n

El s\u00e1bado 28 de junio de 2025, el H\u00e1bitat para la Humanidad del Valle Maumee organiz\u00f3 su evento anual “Rock the Block,\u201d patrocinado por la Fundaci\u00f3n John Henry Eldred Jr. y en colaboraci\u00f3n con Midwest Tape y la Iniciativa del Historic South. Todos se reunieron en el Parque Golden Rule, ubicado en el n\u00famero 515 de la avenida Crittenden, en Toledo, Ohio, y trabajaron en viviendas en las Knower, South, y Colburn, entre las avenidas Pleasant y Maumee.
