In a Code Blue, all overnight warming centers and shelters can be accessed at any time by walking in, no referral needed.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to overnight warming centers and shelters, all Detroit Public Library branches and Detroit Recreation Centers are available to warm up in during regular operating hours.
