The Greater Toledo Community Foundation (GTCF), Certificate in Nonprofit Management, through their Executive Minority Leadership Program\u00a0<\/strong>of the Center for Nonprofit Resources Graduates Local Latinx Leaders <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Greater Toledo Community Foundation (GTCF), Certificate in Nonprofit Management, through their Executive Minority Leadership Program of the Center for Nonprofit Resources graduates local Latinx leaders on December 9, 2025. This Nonprofit Management Certification programs pairs historically marginalized \u201cminorities,\u201d often referred to as \u201cminorities,\u201d with local community leaders\/mentors. Coursework is required for completion of this 6-month program, as well as mentoring sessions with your mentor and meetings with your cohort.<\/p>\n

La Prensa, Inc. wants to CONGRATULATE the following Latinx GRADUATES: Rebeca Rios,<\/strong> Human Resource Specialist of Bittersweet Farms; Elaina Hernandez,<\/strong> Program Director of the Believe Center & Director of El Coraz\u00f3n de M\u00e9xico; and Braulio Franco,<\/strong> Program Director of La Conexi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Braulio Franco tells La Prensa that taking this course \u201cwas a preparation designed to improve the services and programs that La Conexi\u00f3n offers so that the Latino community continues to have representation, even in rural areas.\u201d His \u201cexperience within the program has been very efficient, as I was able to share different points of view with other organizations to evaluate and develop better community outreach and address the needs of those who need it most.\u201d<\/p>\n

Este programa de Certificaci\u00f3n en Gesti\u00f3n de Organizaciones sin Fines de Lucro conecta a minor\u00edas hist\u00f3ricamente marginadas con l\u00edderes\/mentores comunitarios locales.
