Watch the Netflix documentary on the life of Latinx superstar Becky G, <em>Rebbeca (2025). <\/em>This movie will make you cry and cry a lot. It is a story that most Latinxs living in el Norte of the U.S. can relate to. Becky G is a young Latina born and raised in Inglewood, part of the Greater Los Angeles metropolitan area in California. This documentary about her life speaks to love, life, and family, strongly emphasizing our Latinx culture. It is a beautiful movie about our Latinx culture in the U.S., the pressures put on our Latinx youth as they try to navigate home, school, and career, and Becky G\u2019s rise to becoming a superstar at such a young age.\u00a0It shares family traumas while tearing down the stigma around recovery services and offers a recovery services hotline at the end of the film.
