Cultural Center (SQACC)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>El Centro Hub<\/em><\/strong> is hosting its<strong> 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Annual Community Health Fair on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Sofia Quintero Arts &amp; Cultural \u201cEvent\u201d Center\u00a0at 1225 Broadway St., in Toledo, Ohio.<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nThis bilingual (Spanish\/English) event is FREE, open to the public, and will have 20+ organizations in attendance, with some providing direct services, such as the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mercy Health Mobile Mammography Van<\/strong> for those needing a mammogram. <strong>Pre-registration is required \u2014call 419-241-1655<\/strong> because space is limited.<\/li>\n<li><strong>UToledo\u2019s Mobile Health Unit <\/strong>will be offering free biometric screenings, i.e., blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, BMI \u2014 and <strong>no insurance or ID is needed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Central Outreach Wellness Center<\/strong> will be providing free and confidential STI testing with same-day care connection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Toledo\/Lucas County CareNet<\/strong> will be there to assist with Medicaid enrollment, insurance assistance, and bilingual support and translation.<\/li>\n<li>In addition, there will be other resources, such as food assistance, mental health support, and much more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The event is sponsored by Anthem and presented in partnership with Toledo\/Lucas County CareNet and UHealth.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>El Centro Hub <\/em><\/strong>organiza su<strong> 2\u00aa Feria Anual de Salud Comunitaria\u00a0<\/strong>en el<strong> Centro de Artes y Cultura de Sof\u00eda Quintero (SQACC) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>El Centro Hub <\/em><\/strong>organiza su<strong> 2\u00aa Feria Anual de Salud Comunitaria el martes 21 de abril de 2026, de 10:00 a 15:00, en el Centro de \u201cEventos\u201d de Artes y Cultura del Centro de Sof\u00eda Quintero, ubicado en 1225 Broadway St., en Toledo, Ohio.<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nEste evento biling\u00fce (espa\u00f1ol\/ingl\u00e9s) es GRATUITO al p\u00fablico y contar\u00e1 con la asistencia de 20+ organizaciones, algunas de las cuales ofrecen servicios directos, como la:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Camioneta de Mamograf\u00eda de Mercy Health <\/strong>para quienes necesiten una mamograf\u00eda. <strong>Se requiere preinscripci\u00f3n \u2014 llama al 419-241-1655<\/strong> porque son limitadas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unidad M\u00f3vil de Salud de UToledo <\/strong>ofrecer\u00e1 pruebas biom\u00e9tricas gratuitas, como presi\u00f3n arterial, colesterol, glucosa, IMC \u2014 <strong>y no se necesita seguro ni identificaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Central Outreach Wellness <\/strong>Center ofrecer\u00e1 pruebas gratuitas y confidenciales de ITS con conexi\u00f3n con cuidado el mismo d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Toledo\/Lucas County CareNet <\/strong>estar\u00e1 presente para ayudar con la inscripci\u00f3n en Medicaid, la asistencia al seguro, y el apoyo y traducci\u00f3n biling\u00fces.<\/li>\n<li>Adem\u00e1s, habr\u00e1 otros recursos, como asistencia alimentaria, apoyo a la salud mental y mucho m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>El evento est\u00e1 patrocinado por Anthem y se presenta en colaboraci\u00f3n con Toledo\/Lucas County CareNet y UHealth.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>at the Sofia Quintero Arts &amp;
