Produced by CAPA, Festival Latino 2022 will be held at Genoa Park on Saturday and Sunday, August 13 and 14, from 11 am to 8 pm daily. Festivalgoers can enjoy music, food, children\u2019s activities, art, and dance from the heart of Latin America.<\/p>\n<p>The previously announced performance schedule has changed. Sonora Tropicana has been added as a headliner and will play at 2:45 pm on Saturday, August 13 at the Nationwide Fiesta Stage. (Due to unforeseen circumstances, La Sonora Dinamita is not able to perform at this year\u2019s Festival Latino.)<\/p>\n<p>Known for Cumbia and Salsa, Sonora Tropicana hails from Colombia, where it was formed in 1989. Musically, Sonora Tropicana is identified as the best of the \u201cColombian Cumbia,\u201d as it is identified in the inner circles as the \u201cQueen of the Sonora\u2019s.\u201d Sonora Tropicana can also interpret the Salsa genre, as demonstrated by the song \u201cDejame Llorar,\u201d which occupies an important place throughout Mexico, the US, and Central America.<\/p>\n<p>Over a 25-year-career, Sonora Tropicana has amassed hit songs including \u201cEl Hombre Que Yo Amo,\u201d \u201cHuele A Peligro,\u201d \u201cMe Canse De Ser La Otra,\u201d \u201cCon Mi Amigo En El Ba\u00f1o,\u201d \u201cHay 40 Grados,\u201d \u201cMe Regale Contigo,\u201d \u201cLa Ex,\u201d and \u201cEl Ultimo Adios,\u201d among others.<\/p>\n<p>The updated performance schedule for Saturday, August 13 is below. Armed with a mix of digital sounds, distorted guitars, Latin percussion, and lyrics in English and Spanish, Daglio reinvents himself in a genre described as &#8220;Electro Pop Rock in Spanish,&#8221; creating a world full of energy where adventure and rhythm have no limits.<\/p>\n<p>2:45 pm\u2014Los Borirengues del Swing<br \/>\nLos Borirengues del Swing is a group formed by three Puerto Rican musicians who have a passion for music and for making their audiences want to join them to dance and sing together.
