Nationally and Internationally recognized artists will be set up for the public to browse and collect tattoos! Artists have already started booking in advance, but plenty will be accepting walk up tattoos. The festival also features vendors ranging from oddities to clothing and makers of all kinds. This event is open to the public and family friendly. On Saturday, October 28, there will be a costume contest, with the overall winner receiving a $1,000 cash prize. Costume contests will be broken into categories, including best children\u2019s costume.<\/p>\n
