It is easy to feel overwhelmed and stressed while prepping for and participating in holiday activities,\u201d stated\u00a0<strong>Scott S. Osiecki, Chief Executive Officer of the ADAMHS Board<\/strong>. \u201c<em>The Coping with the Holidays<\/em>\u00a0booklet is filled with strategies to help individuals take care of themselves and lets people know that its ok to set limits, put support systems in place, and that self-care is important throughout the holiday season.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Coping with the Holidays<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>offers suggestions on things like how to reduce stress, deal with loss or change and enjoy the holidays safely and on a budget.
