The oath was administered by Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Lindsay Navarre.<\/p>\n<p>The Commissioners also honored outgoing Coroner Dr. Barnett with a proclamation recognizing her 38-year career in the Lucas County Coroner\u2019s Office.
