{"id":13440,"date":"2026-03-25T16:26:26","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T16:26:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/laprensanewspaper.com\/?post_type=rtcl_listing&#038;p=13440"},"modified":"2026-03-25T16:26:26","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T16:26:26","slug":"notice-of-assessment","status":"publish","type":"rtcl_listing","link":"https:\/\/laprensanewspaper.com\/index.php\/rtcl_listing\/notice-of-assessment\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>CITY OF TOLEDO<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Wade Kapszukiewicz, Mayor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; PUBLIC NOTICE &#8211;<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT<\/strong><br \/>\nThis notice is to all property owners, operators,<br \/>\nagents or person in possession of or control of any<br \/>\ncharge of land within the City of Toledo, Ohio of<br \/>\ntheir responsibility to maintain their property free<br \/>\nof noxious weeds, high grass, surface water,<br \/>\nrefuse, litter or nuisance conditions in accordance<br \/>\nwith Chapter 955 of the City of Toledo Municipal<br \/>\nCode and that they shall keep grass cut to a<br \/>\nheight not in excess of eight inches (8&#8243;). They<br \/>\nshall also keep the same free and clear from all<br \/>\nnoxious weeds and rank vegetation on such lots<br \/>\nowned or controlled by said owners, operators,<br \/>\nagents or persons in possession or control of said<br \/>\nproperty to prevent such rank growth and\/or the<br \/>\nmaturing or spreading of seeds or pollen there<br \/>\nfrom.
