October 8, 2025: The 36th Annual Diamante Awards & LIDERAMOS Toledo Graduation was held this year at Lourdes University. This year’s Diamante Adult Leadership Award went to Maria D. Molina.
Maria D. Molina is a seasoned Hispanic Marketing Specialist with two decades of experience in nonprofit event administration and logistics. She has contributed her expertise to organizations such as the American Heart Association and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Maria founded De La Luz Marketing, a home-based business, enabling her to care for her daughter with special needs while leveraging her skills in web design and graphic arts. Her capabilities have been instrumental in supporting local Mexican restaurants, which subsequently led her to assist businesses in acquiring their licensing for mobile food trucks and restaurants. She has played a key role in coordinating Mexican and Tejano dance events in the Toledo area and created the MidwestTexMexRadio.com, an online radio station dedicated to showcasing musical artists from Ohio and Michigan. Through its program, La Comunidad Show, the station has been able to emphasize community events and organizations. Originally from San Benito, Texas, Maria takes pride in her association with Toledo’s Old South End community. Congratulations, Maria D. Moline!
