Swanton, Ohio,  November 4, 2025: Healing Of Our Veterans Equine Services (H.O.O.V.E.S.) will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the H.O.O.V.E.S. Sanctuary and Healing Center located at 4055 Wilkins Road, Swanton, Ohio. The event celebrates major facility upgrades made possible through generous support from Window World and the Ohio Contractors Association. Thanks to these partners, the Sanctuary now features new energy-efficient windows, a newly paved parking lot and driveway, and refreshed landscaping, creating a more welcoming and accessible environment for veterans and their families who attend H.O.O.V.E.S.’s five-day healing intensives and community programs.

“These upgrades ensure our veterans and guests experience the comfort, dignity, and peace they deserve the moment they arrive,” said Amanda Held, Founder and CEO of H.O.O.V.E.S. “We are deeply grateful to Window World and the Ohio Contractors Association for helping us continue our mission of transforming pain into purpose through the power of horses.”

The public is invited to attend the ribbon cutting and tour the Sanctuary grounds. Light refreshments will be provided, and attendees will have the opportunity to meet staff, volunteers, and alumni veterans whose lives have been changed by the H.O.O.V.E.S. program.
