Job Title: General Building Department Project Manager

Job Duties:

Responsibilities include the development, management, and monitoring of construction project schedules, budgets, and contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.

The Project Manager will coordinate with external vendors, subcontractors, and clients to manage performance maintaining high-quality standards and establish expectations using and applying theoretical and practical engineering and construction management principles. The Project Manager will identify and address critical project risks and time-sensitive issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution. The Project Manager will contribute to the Company’s strategic and operational initiatives, driving improvements and growth in project delivery, and will assist with bid pursuits, providing valuable input alongside estimators.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 60 months of Experience in Construction Management and managing projects.
  • Must have Demonstrated knowledge in Design/Build and Cm-R, P6 and CMic.
