In response to the devastating earthquake that impacted families in Venezuela, Compassion at Calvary recently organized a community-wide relief drive to collect much-needed supplies for those affected.
Church members and community supporters generously donated essential items, demonstrating the compassion and generosity of Northwest Ohio. The collected supplies will help provide comfort and practical assistance to families who have experienced tremendous loss and hardship.
“We believe the Church is called to be the hands and feet of Jesus,” church leaders shared. “When people are hurting, whether they’re across the street or across the world, we want to respond with love in action.”
Compassion at Calvary extends its sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to the relief effort. Through the kindness of many, hope is being sent to families in Venezuela as they begin the difficult journey of recovery.
