The Toledo Zoo’s annual Cinco de Mayo celebration will feature the talents of local entertainers and fun cultural crafts and activities, taking place in the historic Amphitheatre on Sunday May 7, 2023 from 11:00 a.m – 3:00 p.m.

In the case of inclement weather, activities will be moved to the Great Hall of the ProMedica Museum of Natural History. The Toledo Zoo’s Broadway Entrance is now open.

Toledo Zoo to host Tequila and Tapas on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Malawi Event Center and Africa Overlook

Celebrate the taste of Cinco de Mayo at Toledo Zoo’s newest event! Sample various tequilas along with professionally-paired small plates. Discover your new favorite cocktail while roaming different stations indoors and out. Tickets include admission, parking, six tequila and food tasting samples, entertainment and more!

Event is rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable. All participants must be age 21 or older. Valid ID required. Toledo Zoo reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual or party who does not comply with this policy. Refunds will not be issued for tickets purchased for any party that is under age 21 or cannot provide valid ID at the time of entry.
