We are in need of just a few more volunteers to help at the festival. Each shift is 3-4 hours in length, and volunteers are welcome to enjoy the festival before or after your shift.

Help is still needed in three areas:

Admissions – Welcome guests, scan pre-sale tickets or sell tickets at the gate, and direct guests into the festival. Help is needed on Saturday, June 23, 2023 from 9:30-1:00 and 1:00-5:00 and Sunday, June 25th 9:30-1:00. Volunteers must be age 16 or older.

Parking Lot Gate Security – Greet volunteers at the entrance to their assigned parking lot, making sure only designated participants enter there. Chairs for gate security are provided IN THE SHADE. Individual volunteers must be age 16 or older – volunteers ages 12-15 are welcome if working alongside an adult. Help is needed in two parking areas:

  • Service Drive Gate off Elmer Drive, behind the conference center (bring a book – you’ll have time to get some reading done!) Help is needed Saturday 3:00-5:00 and Sunday 8:00-11:00, 11:00-2:00, and 2:00-4:00.
  • Volunteer Lot Parking Attendant, at Hawkins School on Bancroft Street. Help is needed Sunday 9:00 – 12:00.
