April 6, 1950 ~ November 16, 2023 (age 73)
The Wonderful Life of Our Mom began April 6, `1950. She was born to Mr. Pedro and María Lizcano in San Antonio, TX. Irma worked for St. Vincent Hospital for 3 yrs. in the laundry and housekeeping, then she took time off to raise her 3 babies. She started working for Stein Mart for 3 yrs. as well. She was also a member at Latin United for many years with her husband.
She enjoyed dancing, shopping and decorating for every single holiday but we all knew her favorite was Christmas. She loved to keep her Christmas tree up till at least March, she always went all out!
Her greatest accomplishments were her kids, the greatest loves of her life.
Everyone she met loved her kindness, wit, humor and her fabulous sense of fashion style.
Irma is survived by her sons Little Joe (Monica) López and Jesse López; daughter April (Rick) Elizondo; brother Elizar (Lupe) Lizcano and son #3 Aaron Miles.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Jose A. Lopez of 54 yrs.; parents Maria & Pedro Lizcano; brothers Rudy and Pete; nephew Rudy Jr.; niece Kathy Lizcano and great niece Deidra Lizcano.
Interment at Restlawn Cemetery.
