CLEVELAND: The Peruvian Cultural Association of Northeast Ohio co-hosted its annual Gala /Dinner event, Day. 9, 2023, with “Colors of Perú.”

The event included dinner, dance, song—all in support of fundraising efforts for the future Peruvian Cultural Garden. This vibrant and culturally rich gala took place at the Tremont Cityside Ballroom, 2187 W 14th St, Cleveland.

The audience experienced samples of Peruvian ethnic music and dances by Raíces del Perú; also, a silent auction, cash bar, and dancing to the music of area Latin band “Luka y su Ropa Vieja.”

Keynote speaker was Roland Medrano, who is a prominent figure in the business, media, and consulting world. Hailing from Lima, Perú, Roland’s journey offers an inspiring story of strategic growth and accomplishment.

He is CEO and co-owner of La Mega Media, Inc. He also heads Regal International, a management and consulting firm.

According to organizers of the event: “Mr. Medrano’s dedication to business, community, and fostering growth aligns with PERUCAN-OH mission and values. His commitment to community engagement is exemplified by his role as an Executive Board Member of the Hispanic Chamber of Columbus, where he actively participates in the chamber’s efforts to facilitate economic growth and integration within the Hispanic business community.”
