CLEVELAND, April 28, 2024: The Pivot Center for Art, Dance and Expression located in the heart of Cleveland’s west side hosted, El Día Del Niño [Day of the Children] and it didn’t disappoint. There were arts and crafts projects, food, family activities, music, books and other resources that filled the hallways and exhibition spaces of the center, as the families made their way through the scavenger hunt map of local vendors. As the children visited the vendor tables and/or exhibits they were given a stamp on the passport that was later turned in to receive a prize/toy at the end of their journey. There were over 300 families served and each family walked away with a bag filled with food, books and other resources necessary for everyday living.
