Honoring young leaders under the age of forty for the 28th year, sponsors of the 20 Under 40 Leadership Recognition Program will host the in-person event at The Valentine Theatre on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. All 153 candidates are listed at 20under40toledo.com.
The Awards event, including a networking reception, is open to the public. Tickets can be purchased online at 20under40toledo.com through October 16. Tickets purchased at the door will be $45. The reception begins at 5:45 p.m. in the Valentine lobby with the program to follow at 7 p.m. in the auditorium. Chrys Peterson, former WTOL news anchor, will serve as master of ceremonies.
An independent panel selected twenty candidates for recognition. The 20 Under 40 program focuses on the accomplishments of individuals under the age of forty who have distinguished themselves in their career and/or as a volunteer in the community. The program is intended to further motivate young leaders in our area. Award recipients are not announced in advance of the program.
