TOLEDO, Dec. 18, 2023: The Toledo Museum of Art’s [TMA’s] glass studio will be closed for annual maintenance from January 1st to January 14th, 2024. During this time, TMA staff will be conducting annual preventative maintenance in each studio to ensure that its facilities are in top-notch condition for continued creative pursuits.
Starting the week of January 22nd, TMA will be holding new classes in glass blowing, flame working, neon, cold working, and stained glass. It will also be publishing its summer line-up of intensive classes which take place May through August. You can find all TMA class offerings by visiting the TMA website.
Mark your calendars for the upcoming Guest Artist Pavilion Project (GAPP) residency featuring the talented Kristina Arnold. The residency will take place from February 14th to February 23rd and provides a unique opportunity to engage with Kristina’s artistic insights and techniques. Don’t miss the free lecture by Kristina Arnold on Thursday, February 22nd at 7 pm in the GlasSalon.
