Toledo, OH: The José Martínez Memorial Gallery is honored to host a Día de los Muertos celebration from October 22 through November 22, 2024, showcasing a grand cultural tradition that commemorates the lives of loved ones who have passed. This month-long event will feature elaborate ofrendas (altars), art installations, and educational tours to help visitors immerse themselves in the rich heritage of this beautiful Mexican tradition.

If you’d like to create your ofrenda for the exhibition, we encourage you to register on our website before October 11, 2024, when we will begin planning for your grand contribution to the display.
