REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR DESIGN / BUILD SERVICES
RELATING TO THE CRANE CREEK LACUSTUARY RESTORATION PROJECT WITHIN THE OTTAWA NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE AND THE MAUMEE AREA OF CONCERN FOR TOLEDO LUCAS COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY
The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority in partnership with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and the U.S. Geological Survey is requesting qualification statements from qualified design/build firms to provide professional planning, engineering, and permitting in connection with the subject project. This project involves the restoration of approximately 55 acres of aquatic habitat in the lacustuary portion of Crane Creek within the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge and the Maumee Area of Concern.
The required format for the proposal to be submitted to the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority is described in detail in the full copy of the Request for Qualifications and is available by either (1) emailing Tina Perkins at Tperkins@Toledoport.org or (2) visiting the Port Authority’s website at https://www.toledoport.org/public-notices. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 a.m. (local time), Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
