The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) seeks proposals for the modernization
of restroom facilities at 1127 W. Central Avenue in Toledo.
The current restroom infrastructure is outdated and functionally obsolete. Fixtures and
finishes show significant wear, and the layout no longer supports the needs of sta􀆯 and
visitors e􀆯iciently. Comprehensive renovation is essential to align the facilities with TARTA’s
broader goals of sustainability, accessibility, and employee well-being.
TARTA is accepting electronic bid submissions. Bidders shall create a free account with
OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup. To view

An optional pre-proposal meeting will take place July 30 at 9 a.m. The deadline for question
submissions is August 11 at 3 p.m., and final proposals are due August 20 at 3 p.m.
