Refreshing, creamy, and tropical, this Piña Colada Agua Fresca is the perfect drink for warm-weather gatherings, cookouts, or relaxing afternoons. Made with fresh pineapple, coconut, and a touch of sweetness, it delivers all the flavors of a classic piña colada in a smooth, alcohol-free refresher.

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe pineapples, peeled and diced
  • 1 (15-ounce) can cream of coconut
  • 1/2 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Water, enough to fill a 1-gallon pitcher

 

Directions

1    Peel, core, and dice the pineapples.

2    In a blender, combine the pineapple, cream of coconut, coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk.

3    Blend until completely smooth.

4    Pour the mixture into a 1-gallon pitcher.

5    Fill the pitcher with water and stir well to combine.

6    Taste and add sugar as desired.

7    Serve chilled over ice.

 

Serving Suggestion

Garnish with fresh pineapple wedges or toasted coconut for an extra tropical touch.
