Presented by AlmaVision: Cultura y Más
Hecho en CLE is a remarkable collection of photos and stories shared by Clevelanders with a deep connection to Mexico. An exquisite immersion of both Cleveland and Mexican cultures. Stories paint the walls of the space at Ingenuity. Beautiful images and writings of heritage greet everyone who enters. They range from those who are new to our city to native Clevelanders with Mexican roots, all the way to allies who love Dia de Muertos and Mexico.
Allow us to transport you to a vintage Cleveland. Inside a home in any given neighborhood, where a Mexican family works, plays, sends their kids to school, watches television and shares meals. A family, far away from their home, that holds on to their traditions and culture while raising a family in a new city and new country. This is the backdrop of our show where over 30 images and stories are a testament to what many families have experienced. This is Hecho en CLE.
