Ingredients
- 2 large ripe pineapples, peeled and diced
- 1 (15-ounce) can cream of coconut
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- Sugar, to taste
- Water, enough to fill a 1-gallon pitcher
Directions
1 Peel, core, and dice the pineapples.
2 In a blender, combine the pineapple, cream of coconut, coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
3 Blend until completely smooth.
4 Pour the mixture into a 1-gallon pitcher.
5 Fill the pitcher with water and stir well to combine.
6 Taste and add sugar as desired.
7 Serve chilled over ice.
