REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR
RUNWAY 7/25 TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS UPGRADES FOR INSTRUMENT LANDING SYSTEM (ILS) DESIGN, BID AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION FOR
EUGENE F. KRANZ TOLEDO EXPRESS AIRPORT
The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority (TLCPA) is seeking qualified aviation consulting firm(s) to provide professional Engineering, and Construction Administration services for Runway 7/25 Technology Systems Upgrades for Instrument Landing System (ILS) at the Eugene F. Kranz Toledo Express Airport.
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will result in an agreement with a consultant for services, based on the scope of work, with the Toledo Lucas County Port Authority for the duration of the above-mentioned project.
The selection process of consultant(s) is being done in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E, and applicable Ohio statutes and laws.
The required format for the proposal to be submitted to the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority is described in detail in the full copy of the Request for Qualifications, and is available by either (1) emailing Tina Perkins at Tperkins@Toledoport.org or (2) visiting the Port Authority’s website at https://www.toledoport.org/public-notices. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 a.m. (local time), Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
